Working out is good for your overall fitness. The fitter you are, the better you usually feel. You’ll also tend to get less ailments the fitter you are.
GAIN WEIGHT / MUSCLE
Use an exercise bike or other equipment such as a mountain bike, treadmill or a rowing machine 3-4 times a week for 20 minutes at a time.
Use weights (either dumb bells, kettle bells or a multi-gym) 3 times a week for 15-20 minutes at a time.
Take a protein powder drink (the best way to mix it is to use a blender) after every workout - 3 or 4 times a week (one scoop per drink).
You’ll gain weight/muscle! And don't forget to eat healthily. IT WORKS!
DIET
On the other hand, if you want to lose weight : Eat healthily (less chocolate, fatty foods & alcohol), use a diet whey and EXERCISE regularly (use lighter weights).
